Refund Policy

At Mikas Aromas, every product is handcrafted with care and made to order.  Due to the personal nature of our fragrance and body care items, all sales are final.  We do not accept returns, or exchanges once an item has been shipped.

 

Order Cancellations

You must request a cancellation with 12 hours of purchase or before your order ships, whichever comes first.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue.
